With a certified environmental impact report in hand, the developers for the planned Mace Ranch Innovation Center in Davis are beginning a hunt for anchor tenants.
Project manager Dan Ramos, of center project partner Ramco Enterprises Inc., said getting one or more big companies is the linchpin for another hurdle for Mace Ranch: a public vote.
“We think Davis can be a great player in the region to bring the tech jobs we want,” he said. “I think the community would be excited to see a major company come in.”
