Gala at Golden 1 Attendees – Enter through the Grand – Main Entrance
- 6:00 pm – Doors open for Gala attendees
- 6:00 – 6:30 pm – Check-in and Welcome reception
- 6:30 pm – Gala begins
*VIP Reception attendees only – by invitation only (Lexus Lounge) – Enter through the VIP Suite/Premium Entrance on L Street
- 5:30 pm – Doors open for VIP attendees only
- 5:30 – 6:30 pm – VIP Reception
Note: The VIP entrance closes at 6:15 pm. If arriving after this time, please proceed to the Grand – Main Entrance.
*VIP tickets have been pre-designated, and onsite ticket availability will be unavailable.

Parking and Entrance
To make your arrival hassle-free, we have attached a map of the Golden 1 Center, highlighting the Downtown Plaza West Garage as the recommended parking location for our guests. This is where we encourage you to park your vehicles. Upon arrival, please enter the arena through the Grand – Main Entrance.
Bag Policy
For security purposes, we kindly ask that you adhere to the bag policy. Clutches and wallets smaller than 8” x 6” x 1” will be allowed into the venue, subject to security inspection. Medical bags will also be permitted, but they must undergo X-ray security screening. The venue will be flexible with regard to women carrying purses.
Cashless Bar
In our effort to provide you with seamless service, we want to inform you that Golden1 operates on a cashless system. As such, please come prepared with a credit card or utilize Apple Pay for any purchases outside of the hosted beverages, at the bar.
