On February 20th, rent control activists filed language with the Sacramento City Clerk to begin collecting petitions to put a rent control measure on the ballot. This event will be an opportunity for regional business leaders to learn 1) what is being proposed and 2) what impacts will this measure have on the private sectors ability to build more housing in Sacramento.
